Reservations
Making a reservation is easy! Just give us a call at 1-888-383-1123 -or- email us with your request. For those who prefer online services, please fill out the form here.
We accept payment by credit card, cashiers check / money order, or personal check (reservations are pending until check clears)
To secure your reservation, we require payment of 50% of the cost of your stay. The remainder of your balance is due one week prior to your arrival. A reservation confirmation including driving directions and instructions for accessing the home will be sent to you upon final payment.
In the event of a cancellation made more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit/prepayment will be refunded to you subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Refund checks will be mailed to the person of record on your reservation.
In the event of a cancellation made less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit/prepayment will be refunded subject to the cancellation fee only if the home can be re-booked for your reserved dates.
Check In / Check Out
Check In time is 3:00 p.m.
Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m.
If your travel needs do not fit within these parameters, please contact us in advance to make other arrangements.
Cleaning Fees
The cleaning fee of $150 is collected separately from the cost of your stay. Please leave a check or cash on the kitchen counter prior to your departure.
The home is inspected after your departure. If damages are found you will be contacted and billed for the cost of repairs.
Lost Key Fee
A fee of $10 per lost key will be deducted from your security deposit.
Smoking
Driftwood Vacation Rentals provides only smoke-free home.
